What is Yoga Dance?

This practice was created in order to reunite two passions: Yoga and Dance. Repeating the Flow leads you to a first approach of meditation. The class is beneficial to the body, but also to the mind. After a few classes, you get better strength, flexibility, energy and self-confidence. The class allows you to let go thanks to the repetition, the mindful body movements, and work on deep muscles. 

If you want to work on your balance, flexibility, and be in harmony with your body, Dance Yoga will give you a great sense of fulfillment. The mix between dance, floorwork and balance will help you work on movement flow.

This practice will allow you to express yourself through movement.
